Delivery
Deliveries are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2 - 7 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend, ship on Monday.
Our standard delivery charge is €4.90 to anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland. Orders over €30 are delivered free of charge.
The delivery charge to mainland UK is €10 for orders under 25kg in weight. For deliveries over 25kg in weight, a member of our team will contact you. Please note we cannot deliver outside mainland UK.
Returns
Our Promise to You
Petworld will accept returns within 28 days of receipt. Please check the contents of your package on arrival and notify us of any damaged or defective merchandise by calling 090 6479776 or emailing orders@petworlddirect.ie. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment and email us images of the damage.
Easy Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by calling 090 6479776 or emailing orders@petworlddirect.ie, and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you decide that you simply no longer want the item(s) purchased, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund. This refund amount will exclude delivery charges. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original box. Your statutory rights are not affected.
