Returns Information

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Petworld order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled.

Please check the contents of your Petworld package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

If it is necessary to return items for either of the above reasons, please send us an e-mail to sales@petworlddirect.ie, and note your name, order number and product details before returning the parcel.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.
